ANNOUNCEMENT 2. Precautionary measures

Dear guest,

We’d like to assure you that we are closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 virus in Curacao and around the world. We recognize the ongoing coronavirus situation and understand that you may have some concerns about traveling to Curacao and/or staying at our beach resort.

First of all, we want you to know that our core values reflect what is truly important and matters the most to us. They are the solid foundation and main principles of our company culture, and in the service-oriented hospitality business, culture is less about policy and more about people. We are driven by our vision and take to heart the commitment to deliver the ultimate holiday experience for all our guests.

We’d like to take this opportunity to inform you that your well-being and that of our employees is our highest priority and therefore, we guarantee that necessary measures are being taken to maximize your safety and protect your health.

We have taken all precautions necessary by enhancing our cleaning procedures and communicating the guidance for prevention with hotel guests and employees. Initiatives we have implemented include:

  • Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all public areas of the hotel
  • Thoroughly disinfecting all rooms continuously
  • The placement of hand sanitizers in common and staff areas
  • Informing one and all on the importance of disinfecting hands frequently, not touching face with unwashed hands, how to handle, act and what measures to take when suspicion arises concerning the health of a guest.

We fully understand that you might need to rethink and make changes to your travel plans, yet we’d like to reassure you that you can feel secure with the measures being implemented, as we are doing our utmost to create a safe and clean environment for you at LionsDive Beach Resort Curacao. These are uncertain times, but what you can be certain of is that we will work with you to make any changes to bookings without any penalty and/or charges.

We continue to monitor the developments with regards to the COVID-19 virus and follow the relevant Public Health advice in order to keep you up to date with the latest information.

ANNOUNCEMENT 1. Rebooking possibilities

As concern regarding the virus continues to grow, we understand travelers and travel providers are being forced to rethink plans and make changes. Therefore, if your travel plans are impacted by the coronavirus (Covid-19), you will be able to rebook your reservation without charge.

  • For guests who have direct room reservations with us on or before May 31, please contact info@lionsdive.com so we can assist you and help you find the right solution.
  • Those who have booked via a travel agent, online booking platform or other third parties are advised to contact their booking provider directly for assistance.

We want all our guests to feel comfortable and confident in planning and coming to enjoy our beach resort. With that aim in mind, we continue our commitment to deliver the ultimate holiday experience and look forward to welcoming you in the very near future!
