Ride & Swim for the Roses
The Ride for the Roses is an international event that was initiated by the Tour de
France champion Lance Armstrong. Its purpose is to raise funds and awareness for the
fight against cancer.
The Swim for the Roses covers 2.5 kilometers from Jan Thiel to Wet n’ Wild at Seaquarium Beach.
The little ones can join the group at Lions Dive’s beach and swim to Wet ‘n Wild from here.
The Ride for the Roses consists of an off-road bike tour and 3 on-road bike tours
(20km – 40 km – 60 km). The Ride & Swim for the Roses are both not competitive, but only to
raise awareness and of course to have a lot of fun!
